Gramercy reaches 42nd storey on June 15

Construction of The Gramercy Residences continues to be on schedule with works reaching the building’s 42ndstorey, or almost two-thirds of the residential tower’s entire structure as of June 15.

Formworks and rebar installation have reached 90 percent of its completion at the 40thfloor.

Roughing-ins for electrical and pipe sleeves for fire protection and sanitary lines have been installed as structural works progress.

The Gramercy Residences at Century City is developed by Century City development Corporation and is located on Kalayaan Avenue near corner Makati Avenue, Makati City.
