Century's Knightsbridge Residences reaches 25th floor


Following the completion of the first 4 floors and brisk rise to 16 levels in February, Century Properties' Londoninspired Knightsbridge Residences is now at the 25th floor of construction.

Concrete pouring is now being done on the 25th storey while structural works have also reached the final stages of the building's 23rd and 24th floors.

Installation of electrical and sanitary pipelines are in the works, and concrete pouring in preparation for the tower's upper floors is simultaneously being done.

Expected top-off for the building is January 2012.

The Knightsbridge Residences at Century City is located in Kalayaan Avenue near corner Makati Avenue, Makati City.
